CHALLENGE 2018

The Fitness Canterbury challenges have been designed for all levels of fitness and ability. Through strength, fitness and endurance challenges, you’ll be able to push yourself to achieve some amazing results!

OUR FITNESS CHALLENGES

GIVE IT A GO!

We encourage all members to participate. There’s no pressure, and it’s easy to take part in. Just pick a challenge and complete it at your own pace at a time which suits you. Let us know how you go, we’ll keep your result on file for future reference.
When you’re ready to make it public ask one of us to test you and add your results to our scoreboards. All public results will be eligible for some fantastic prizes at the end of the year!

Following challenges are designed to test your endurance, agility, muscular strength through a series of functional challenge designed to push every aspect of your body and your mind. Have a look through each of the challenges to decide what level you are. 

Warning: Make sure you choose wisely and if you have any questions, please talk to us at reception or talk to your Personal Trainer. Choose a challenge that tests your limits but don’t go too easy or too hard.
