My Main passion is working with clients to restore their posture and improve there movement and strength
I have a specific interest in running, working on running technique and efficiency. I personally use a movement screening process with all my clients to make sure we are working on weak links, this takes the guesswork out and provides a good baseline to work from, and also means my programs are customized to the individuals needs. Everybody is different!
My Approach to Training is very simple, all bases (mobility/ flexibility, Stability, strength, power, and nutrition) have to be covered to produce results, No quick fixes just consistency and hard work.
