Whether you want to improve your strength, gain muscle mass or definition, need a challenge, improve heart health or in general-your overall quality of life. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skillset to help make a difference in the world. Starting off with some goal setting, then providing an enjoyable individualised programme to suit specific needs, I want to help you every step of the way to becoming a brand new you!

I am a happy mother of two and that’s where it all started as I have been active in gyms for the past 7 years. I believe everyone should be active and apply some sort of resistance training to prolong and improve their quality of life.

I have been working out with Kayla for the past 5 weeks and I am having a wonderful time. Kayla took the time to listen to me when I explained what I wanted to get out of my training. She didn’t force me to take pics or measurements and was happy to come on the journey in the way that I needed it to be. Since starting I have enjoyed the sessions she has designed for me – they have challenged me – pushed my fitness levels up and helped me re find the energy that I had lost. I love our sessions and feel like it is a real partnership on this journey to help me by bringing her expertise and most importantly her positivity and encouragement to help hit our goals. 2 x PB lifts this week has been a highlight as we chase down our next goal.
