TWO PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

One of the most important aspect to anyone starting at Fitness Canterbury, is that you start on the right path. As an introduction to Fitness Canterbury you will receive two – one hour Personal Training Sessions. During these session your trainer will help establish a challenging but achievable goal, design a specific program for your goals and guide you through your program to ensure that you are comfortable and ready to go.

We all like to train with someone we know. Particularly if it is a new gym or you are entering a gym for the first time. The one week complimentary membership is your to gift to a friend or family member. They will have full access to our Christchurch gym during staffed hours.

There must always be a beginning to every plan. Below are three memberships that work ideally with developing a solid exercise plan geared towards achieving your major goal.

You can either join directly online below or come into to the gym and talk to one of our awesome staff.

Step 2

Select Your Personal Trainer

Now that you have either joined on the membership that is going to best suit your health and fitness requirements or know the one best suited for you it’s now time to select the personal trainer that you would like to design your customized training program. Your trainer will be your guide, they will help you develop a program, show you have to correctly perform each exercise in the program so that there is know second guessing when it comes time for you to begin your own journey. 

Our Personal Trainers have combined Fitness Industry experience of over 90 years, giving you piece of mind in ensuring that you are getting the very best advice.
