I have a specific interest in running, working on running technique and efficiency. I personally use a movement screening process with all my clients to make sure we are working on weak links, this takes the guesswork out and provides a good baseline to work from, and also means my programs are customized to the individuals needs. Everybody is different!!
My Approach to Training is very simple, all bases (mobility/ flexibility, Stability, strength, power, and nutrition) have to be covered to produce results, No quick fixes just consistency and hard work.
My Main passion is working with clients to restore their posture and improve there movement and strength.
