Our Personal Trainers go to great pains to ensure quality advice and assistance is available to everyone. Many members first encounter a personal trainer when they join on our popular Silver or Gold Membership plans, and go on to form a strong bond.

Your Personal Trainer will be able to tailor your training plan to suit you, and what you enjoy, as well as encourage you to do the exercises that are best to achieve your goals.

HELP YOU SET REALISTIC GOALS

We get it, you want to achieve your goals straight away, however they are not always achievable depending on time frame – but the last thing we want is for you to be discouraged! Your personal trainer will not only help you set realistic goals that you will be able to achieve – if you put the effort in, of course – but they will also help you keep on track to hit those goals.

EDUCATION

A primary reason that you should at least start with a personal trainer is their knowledge in teaching you how to exercise properly.

 

  1. They will show you the exercises that will be most effective for your goals.
  2. They will greatly reduce the risk of exercise injury by showing you how to exercise correctly.
