True Form is a physiotherapy clinic in Burnside, Christchurch situated inside a fully equipped gym offering ACC and private physiotherapy services and Pilates. Justine and Vanessa are physiotherapists with 25 years combined experience between them. They are passionate about delivering a high standard of care for their patients and treat a wide variety of injuries including sports related injuries, accidents at home or work, gradual onset injuries and post-operative care. They encourage self-management, helping you to take control of your recovery and they care about the end result.

Our clinicians are trained in clinical Pilates, and combining that with our physiotherapy skills we can adapt and facilitate movements so you get the most out of each class.

We are physiotherapists trained in clinical Pilates. We utilise these skills in your rehabilitation providing personalised programmes and group classes. Pilates is an effective way to work on whole body strength, movement efficiency, balance and mobility.
